INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Tiller Corporation is seeking a mineral extraction license for approximately <br />133 acres of land located in the northern portion of Elk River. The operation <br />will include mining, processing and stockpiling of aggregate, and the <br />relocation of the hot-mix asphalt plant from it's current location in Elk River, <br />(County Road 33 and U.S. Highway 169), just over two miles south of the <br />new site. <br /> <br />1.) <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />II. SITE INFORMATION <br /> <br />Legal Description of Site <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, <br />Township 33 Range 26, lying east of railroad right-of-way except the <br />northern 525 feet. <br /> <br />The East ~ of the Southwest N of Section 3, Township 33, Range 26 <br />lying West of US 169, Except the northerly 525' <br /> <br />The W ~ of the SW N of Section 3, Township 33, Range 26, Except <br />the north 525 feet thereof <br /> <br />That part of the North 1121.92 feet of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 10, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota <br />lying east of a line which begins at a point on the north line of said <br />Northwest quarter distant 965.801 feet east, as measured along the <br />north line from the northwest corner thereof; thence south at a right <br />angle 1121.92 feet; and lying west of the westerly right-of-way line of <br />U.S. Highway No. 169 as laid out and traveled in 1963. <br /> <br />The location of the site is indicated on Figure 1. <br /> <br /> <br />
