RESOLUTION I I - <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATON OF PLANS AND <br />SPECFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF THE 201 I STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHERAS the City Council wishes to advance the schedule of the project and begin work on the <br />preparation of Plans and Specifications prior to the Improvement Hearing; and <br />WHEREAS plans and specifications for the Improvement will be required to obtain bids for <br />consideration of assessments based on actual bid costs; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ciry Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota: <br />1. Bolton & Menk, Inc, at the direction of Justin Femrite, City Engineer, shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of the improvement. <br />Passed and adopted this 2nd day of May, 2011. <br />John J.
