Record <br />The record in this matter shall include all of the materials submitted to the <br />Planning Commission and the City Council in connection with the June, 2010 application <br />of Wapiti Pazk Campground fora 10 yeaz Interim Use Permit, including the staff reports <br />and all attachments thereto, all other written materials submitted to the Planning <br />Commission and City Council, and all staff presentations and other testimony taken at the <br />public meetings considering the IUP, all of which is incorporated and made a part of the <br />findings of fact and this resolution. <br />Decision <br />Based on the Findings of Fact set forth herein, and the record in this matter, the <br />City Council of the City of Elk River determines that Wapiti Pazk Campground has not <br />complied with the conditions set forth by the City Council on August 2, 2010, and that <br />the Interim Use Permit for the Wapiti Park Campground store building will therefore <br />expire on January 18, 2011. <br />THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2010. <br />John J.
