Products, Related Services and Menu The Pizza Ranch will continue to offer a menu of food and beverages with a distinctive image. There will be several ways to purchase these products: Pickup at the drive-thru window, table service at the restaurant, delivery and catering, and noon and dinner buffet. The Menu For pizza, our customers will choose from a variety of first-rate toppings on three different kinds of crusts - Skillet, Thin, and Original. The distinctive, light taste of Pizza Ranch pizza appeals to all age groups. Crispy Ranch Chicken is "The Country's Best Chicken!" Generous pieces of chicken are broasted in moisture-sealing breading to make flavorful, tender, and altogether delicious chicken. Pizza Ranch has recently added BBQ chicken to the menu that is turning out to be quite a hit. Ranch Wrap sandwiches are filled with cubed chicken and lively ingredients baked in a hearty wrap. Customer can choose from the Ceasar Wrap, Bacon and Chicken Wrap, or BBQ Wrap. Lunch and dinner buffets will feature a large fresh salad bar, all-you-can-eat pizza, broasted and BBQ chicken, chicken fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, potato wedges, onion pedals, soup, dessert pizza, cactus bread, ice cream and soft drinks & coffee. Additional items such as shrimp and fish will be offered during certain times of the year.
