Gerald will serve mostly as a consultant. He <br />started and owned a successful Electronics Manufacturing Firm until 1997, at which time it went <br />public. Shortly thereafter, at age 55, he retired. 300 employees reported to him and he has great <br />experience managing people and expectations. He will meet regularly with all owners and monitor <br />the store and the financial statements on a regular basis. <br />Robert G. McDonald, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer <br />Robert is the VP/Secretary/Treasurer of RGM of Minnesota, LLC. Robert will also serve as General <br />Manager. He has a varied background in Finance, Sales and Management. He has owned and <br />operated two companies and has had 25 employees report directly to him. He has served as CFO <br />for a propane utility company located in Central Minnesota that had sales of 23 million. <br />Robert G. The manager <br />and assistant manager's salary will be largely contingent on performance including: restaurant <br />cleanliness, labor costs, and adherence to procedural standards. <br />11 <br />
