In addition, the aerial photograph reviewed indicates that there may be <br />wet area on the Property. The potential wetland area was not addressed in Item 12 which <br />addresses physical or hydrologic alteration to surface waters including wetlands. The EAW <br />should discuss why this area, depicted as a wet area on Figure 2, is not a wetland and how that <br />was deduced. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to review this project and the EAW.
