City of Elk River Request for Ordinance Amendment Establishinq Maximum <br /> Driveway Widths for Residential Driveways, Public Hearin.q Case No. OA 97-9 <br /> <br />City Planner Steve Ach indicated that the City of Elk River is requesting to amend <br />the zoning code to include a maximum driveway width for residential driveways. <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman opened the public hearing. There being no one for or against <br />the matter, Mayor Duitsman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADOPT ORDIANCE 97-16, AMENDING <br />SECTION 900.32(2) OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO DRIVEWAY <br />WIDTHS, CASE NO. OA 97-9. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE <br />MOTION.
