Having <br />visited the site, it doesn't appear that our plans were implemented. There have been numerous <br />changes since the last topographic survey. Various buildings have been removed and new <br />buildings have been built. It appears the entire site has been repaved and numerous areas have <br />been paved that were not paved before. Storm sewer has been added that is not shown on our <br />plans. We will try to use the existing topography where things haven't changed, such as wetland <br />edges, fences and other features, but I feel that almost everything will need to be redone. <br />• We propose to complete boundary survey of PID's 75-128-3402, 75-427-Oi60, 75-427- <br />0180 and 75-427-0170 along with a new topographic survey with 1 foot contours and <br />spot elevations over the area depicted in the Public Works Facility Topo Area exhibit <br />you provided for a lump sum of $9500. <br />If additional area is to be included, we reserve the right to modify our proposal, or complete the <br />additional work at our normal hourly rates, at your discretion. We expect the work to be <br />completed within 3 weeks of notice to proceed. <br />You will be invoiced upon completion for our professional services and for reimbursable <br />expenses which have been incurred.
