AWard is made based on the low responsive bid, totaling <br />$14,161. This amoUnt represents the bid amoUnts for secUrity systems work indicated below. Proceed with all-work. <br />Contract award is contingent upon City of Elk River Council approval. The City Council is scheduled to take action on this <br />matter at a July meeting. <br /> <br />Item a. video surveillance system installed <br />Item b. security, card access & detection systems, installed <br /> <br />8,371 <br />5,790 <br /> <br />Total 14,161 <br /> <br />· INSURANCE -- Prior to starting work on-site, submit satisfactory evidence of insurance. <br /> <br />· SCHEDULE -- Work shall be performed to support the schedule established jointly with the CM. <br /> <br />· PAY APPLICATIONS -- due on the 25th of the month <br /> <br />· SUBMITTALS -- submit shop drawings to us to support the agreed upon schedule. <br /> <br />· COORDINATION -- we will schedule a site coordination meeting with you and the electrical contractor soon. <br /> <br />· CM JOBSITE OFFICE -- Our superintendent, Ken Bryant can-be reached at 241-1284 or by fax at 241-1296. <br /> Weekly coordination meetings are held on-site, on Mondays at 9:30 a.m. <br /> <br />Contact me with questions.
