Project Team Qualifications Z92. ~: <br />Design Gmup " <br />292 Project Team <br />292 has established itself as a preeminent ice and recreational facility architectural <br />firm.The primary reason is our staff; for this feasibility study, Thomas Betti, AIA and <br />Steve Wohlford, RA. Asa 292 Partner, Tom has consistently led our projects with a <br />critical design eye, a commitment to clients and the communities that they serve, and <br />ingenuity. Tom and Steve have worked together on numerous studies and projects <br />for ice arenas and other recreational facilities. Their most recent collaboration, an <br />expansion of the Hobbs Municipal Ice Arena in Eau Claire, WI, was completed in <br />January. <br />Thomas Betti, AIA, Design Principal/Project Manager, 292 <br />Tom directs 292's ice studio and has a sound understanding of the issues that <br />communities face in the design of recreation projects. He has expertise in all phases <br />of architecture: programming, design, code reviews, construction documents, bidding <br />and negotiation, construction administration and post construction services. Tom <br />has worked with numerous government agencies and educational institutions in <br />the design of their recreational facilities including: ice arenas, community centers, <br />and aquatic centers. His projects have often included "green design" elements, <br />like thermally efficient roofing and recycled building materials. In addition to his <br />design work, Tom has coached and been vice president of his son's youth hockey <br />association. <br />For this project, Tom will manage the 292 project team and ensure the timely <br />completion of all tasks.
