The <br />security systems include the closed circuit television system, the card access <br />system, and the security alarm system. The low bid for the entire system <br />was from Wellington Security Systems in the amount of $14,161. The <br />references on this firm were satisfactory. The city has experience with <br />General Security Systems Corporation as they did the work at City Hall, but <br />they were not the low responsible bidder for the Liquor Store project. Staff <br />concurs with the recommendation as noted in the attached material from <br />Mike Parsons. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Council approve a motion awarding the <br />security systems contracts to Wellington Security Systems, Minneapolis, <br />Minnesota, in the amount of $14,161. <br /> <br />\\elkriver\sys\shrdoc\council\liqstrbd.doc <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
