Housing Units <br />The community will offer two housing types for two different targeted consumer groups. Presently, Ryan <br />Development, lnc. is in discussions with D.R. Horton Homes to provide this community as an expansion of <br />the existing Trout Brook Farm. <br />The proposed 116 Twin Homes are based on Horton's Deerfield Twin Homes that have been extremely <br />well received by the active adult buyers in Prior Lake. The units are approximately ]700SF and priced <br />from $275,000 - $325,000. The Twin Homes are one level living with basements. This product will allow <br />Horton to expand to a consumer group not presently served in Trout Brook Farm. <br />The 53 Single Family Homes will be provided as an expansion of the inventory of Horton's most <br />successful Capitol Series at Trout Brook Farm. Targeting the move-up families, these homes range in size <br />from 2206SF to 2423SFplus basements and are priced from $275,000 - $375,000. <br />Development Timin¢ <br />Ryan Development, Inc, appreciates this Concept Plan review to allow for plans to be prepazed reflecting <br />the City's comments.
