Call Meeting To Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Park and Recreation <br />Commission was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Qrair Peterson. <br />2. Consider 02/ 12/03 Park & Recreation Commssion Agenda <br />COMMISSIONER JACKETT MOVED TO APPROVE THE FEBRUARY 12, 2003 <br />PARK & RECREATION COMMISSION AGENDA. COMMISSIONER <br />NYSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br />3. Consider Minutes of Tanuary 8 2003 Park & Recreation Commission Meeting <br />COMMISSIONER NYSTROM MOVED TO APPROVE THE JANUARY 8, 2003 <br />PARKAND RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING MINLT'PES. <br />COMMISSIONER KUESTER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 6-0. <br />4.
