CERTIFICATION <br /> <br /> I, the undersigned City Clerk of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, do hereby certify the following: <br /> <br /> The fore~oin~ is true and correct copy of a Resolution on <br />file and of record in the offices of the City, which Resolution <br />relates to the issuance by the City of its $1,245,000 Liquor <br />Store Revenue Bonds of 1997. Said Resolution was duly adopted by <br />the Elk River City Council at a regular or special meeting of the <br />Council held on June 30, 1997.
