At that meeting there was no decision made regarding sale <br />of the subject property. Staff has talked with Mr. Morrell this past week to <br />discuss his interest in purchasing the property. As stated at the June 16th <br />meeting, Mr. Morrell would prefer to have the city deed the property to him <br />for his use. <br /> <br />As presented in the staff report to the City Council dated June 16th, the <br />Council has basically three options: <br /> <br />Retain ownership of the property <br />Deed the property to Mr. Morrell at basically no cost <br />Sell the property to Mr. Morrell at some determined value <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />If the Council wishes to sell the property to Morrell Transfer, staff would <br />recommend the following conditions: <br /> <br />The sale price of the 6,000 sq. ft. property be based on the sale price <br />the city purchased the property from Mr. Eull.
