Tree Preservation Ordinance <br />Draft, Augusc I, 2005 <br />Page 8 <br />Institutional, 35% <br />Alternative Tree Removal Schedule. <br />Removal Thresholds In the following zoning districts listed in Column I, a percentage of <br />woodland maybe removed without any obligation for reforestation, but only up to and <br />including the threshold percentage of woodland listed in Column II.
