Fundraiser 75 people attended 335# of food collected & $145.00 <br />Annual survey completed, results are being tabulated. Comments have been very <br />positive <br />Seniors have requested to put the Cable Channel 12 schedule in the newsletter. They are <br />interested in the Mayors Show, Chief of Police and Fire Chief Shows. Cheryll Edinger <br />continues to visit the center one time a month and they enjoy her talks. <br />The Medicare Insurance Counselor has been very busy helping the seniors with the <br />Medicare Part D. It has brought in a lot of new people. <br />Nov/Dec Tours <br />Nov. 13/14 Prairies Edge in Granite Falls <br />Dec. 1 Crossroads Shopping Trip <br />Dec. 4 Church Basement Ladies/Plymouth Playhouse <br />Dec. 5-9 Branson <br />There are 8 groups scheduled to entertain (Christmas Music) at the center in Dec. so far. <br />United Methodist Choir, Piano Recital, River of Life Church, River City Kids Music, <br />Dance Program, Christmas Musical, the Silvertones and the Sunshine Singers (young <br />children from Central Lutheran). <br />Dec 8 is the last Legion Dance sponsored by the Senior Center. I contacted the Women <br />of Today and the Legion and have not found any group to take it over at this time. <br />Meeting next week with the Monticello Senior Center Coor. to plan the tours for 2006. <br />Special Marketing Efforts <br />Star News/Happenings -Discussion Group and Newcomers Holiday Open <br />House (]2-1-OS) <br />
