A. to perform work for the establishment, including the <br />serving of alcoholic beverages; <br /> <br />B. to consume meals; and <br /> <br />C. to attend social functions that are held in a portion <br />of the establishment where liquor is not sold. <br /> <br />3. No person under the legal drinking age shall consume or <br />possess with the intent to consume or receive delivery of <br />intoxicating or 3.2 percent malt liquor except in the household <br />of the minor's parent or guardian, and then only with the consent <br />of such parent or guardian. <br /> <br />4. No person under the legal drinking age shall possess any <br />intoxicating or 3.2 percent malt liquor. Possession of an <br />alcoholic beverage by a person under the legal drinking age at a <br />place other than the household of the parent or guardian is prima <br />facie evidence of intent to consume it at a place other than the <br />household of the person's parent or guardian. <br /> <br />5. MisreDresenting Age: No underage person shall misrepresent <br />the person's age for the purpose of obtaining intoxicating liquor <br />or 3.2 percent malt liquor. Nor shall any such person purchase, <br />attempt to purchase, consume, or have another person purchase for <br />the underage person any intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt <br />liquor. <br /> <br />6. Proof of Age: It is unlawful for the Licensee to fail, <br />where doubt could exist, to require adequate proof of age of a <br />person upon licensed premises. <br /> <br />A. Identification Required: Proof of age for the purpose <br />of consuming, purchasing, or possessing liquor may be <br />established only by one of the following: <br /> <br />i. a valid driver's license or current Minnesota <br />identification card issued by Minnesota, another <br />state, or a province of Canada, and including the <br />photograph and date of birth of the licensed person; <br /> <br />ii. a valid military identification card issued by <br />the United States Department of Defense; <br /> <br />iii. a valid passport by the United States; <br /> <br />iv. in the case of a foreign national, by a valid <br />passport <br /> <br />800.40 - EMPLOYMENT OF MINORS <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br /> <br />
