The property is located <br />on the west side of County Road I just north of the intersection with Fresno <br />Street. The property includes open fields, row crops, and wetlands. The <br />wetlands encompass most of the rear or west side of the property. There is a <br />man made pond and a berm along the north property line. Existing <br />structures include a 2 story house, barn and 6 other out buildings. One of the <br />sheds straddles the north property line and will have to be removed.
