<br />X69 MHD 188 <br />(3) Renewal License for Seasonal Establishments: Renewal <br />licenses for mobile home parks and recreational camping areas which operate <br />for a continuous period of six (6) months (183 days) or less shall be issued <br />effective the first day of the establishment's operation in the calendar year <br />for which the license is issued. Such renewal license shall expire after the <br />183rd da}• from the effective date of the license or on December 31 of the <br />year in which the license was issued, whichever occurs first. <br />(d} License Renewals. License renewals shall be obtained on an <br />annual or semiannual basis. All license renewal applications shall be <br />submitted to the State Board of Health on forms pro~~ded by it no later than <br />December 31 of the year preceding the year for which application is made. <br />(e) Effective Date.
