THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.5. <br /> <br />Request for Administrative Subdivision by James and Donna Warren, Public <br />Hearin.q Case No. AS 97-5 <br /> <br />Planning Assistant Scott Harlicker indicated that James and Donna Warren are <br />requesting an administrative subdivision to subdivide 40.45 acres into a 2.85 acre <br />parcel and a 37.6 acre parcel located on the east side of Tyler Street between <br />195th Avenue and 197th Avenue. Scott Harlicker reviewed staff report on this issue. <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman opened the public hearing. There being no one for or against <br />the matter, Mayor Duitsman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />REQUESTED BY JAMES AND DONNA WARREN TO SUBDIVIDE A 40.45 ACRE PARCEL <br />INTO TWO LOTS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />A GRANT OF EASEMENT BE PREPARED AND EXECUTED GRANTING A 40 FOOT <br />HALF RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG TYLER STREET. THE 40 FOOT HALF RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY SHALL APPLY TO BOTH PARCELS. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF PARK DEDICATION FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF $600 FOR THE NEW <br />LOT BEING CREATED BE PAID PRIOR TO RECORDING THE ADMINISTRATIVE <br />SUBDIVISION. <br /> <br /> <br />
