If areas are not marked Larson Companies will not be held responsible for any damage done <br />to sod, walls, building, sprinkler heads, etc. that are beyond the boundaries not clearly visible to the driver. <br />Because Larson Companies makes every effort to be as precise as possible, we will not be held responsible for any damage to driveway, asphalt or concrete. <br />All billing shall occur on the first of every month and will be due upon receipt. Any payment not received by the 15`h of the month will be charged a late fee <br />of $15.00. <br />No refund, deductions, etc. will be issued for any problems that may occur unless called in within 24 hours after plowing. <br />Larson Companies will provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials necessary to fulfill this agreement. Contractor carries <br />$1,000,000.00 of general liability and worker's compensation insurance. This agreement may be cancelled by either party in the event of a <br />default by the other party in its performance under this agreement, by giving 30 days written notice to the other party of their intent to <br />cancel and an opportunity to cure the default, and all sums owed will be paid to that date. Customer also agrees to pay all costs, including <br />legal expenses and attorney's fees, incurred in the collecting from Customer any unpaid amounts due Contractor. <br />Acceptance of Proposal: The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and we hereby accept.
