City Of Elk River <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br />2011 - 2015 <br />Enclosed is the City of Elk River's Capital Improvement Plap (CIP) for the yeazs 2011- <br />2015. The document has been prepazed for the City Council ahd Community to <br />anticipate major expenditures in advance of the yeaz they may become budget requests. <br />The CIP is a planning tool that forecasts the City's capital needs over afive-year period <br />based on the City's long-range plans, goals, and policies. Citq staff estimates the amount <br />of funding that is needed for projects to be completed in the next five years.
