He indicated that the trail would affect <br /> four homes and stated that he would contact the owners of these homes. <br /> <br /> Mary Wells indicated that she is one of the four homeowners. She indicated she <br /> would rather not see the trail installed and she further indicated that she is <br /> concerned with how the trail will affect drainage in the area and the safety of <br /> backing vehicles out of driveways, across the trail, and the possibility of not seeing <br /> pedestrians. It was the consensus of the Council that this was an opportune time <br /> to construct the trail in this area. <br /> <br /> COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO PROCEED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> THE TRAIL ALONG COUNTY ROAD 30 FROM FRESNO STREET TO DENVER STREET. <br /> COUNCILMEMBER THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />8. Other Business <br /> These items were heard previously in the agenda. <br /> <br />9. Staff Updates <br /> There were no staff updates. <br /> <br /> 10.
