The final plat consists of 18 lots and the extension of 197th <br />Avenue and construction of Baldwin Circle. The final plat is bordered on the <br />west by a UPA power easement and on the south by an NSP power easement. <br />The final plat should be amended to reflect these easements. As mentioned <br />in the report for the Hillside Estates Sixth Addition, the corner lot in this <br />plat, specifically, Lot 1, Block 2, does not meet the minimum lot width of 100 <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
