We find <br />that the plat is consistent with the preliminary plat approved some time ago. As you are <br />aware, this area was graded at the time that Hillside Estates 5th Addition was developed. <br />The final grading has not been approved officially, but spot elevations from the final <br />grading have been submitted and are in our possession. <br /> <br />There are no utility improvements planned in this development that would require <br />construction outside of the dedicated public right-of-way.
