The subject plat has some existing structures on it <br />including a house, garage (to be removed) and a larger steel-sided shed that <br />is currently used for storing large equipment. The property is generally <br />wooded with a mixture of hardwoods and some conifers along County Road <br />No. 1. The property also includes some varying topography. North of the <br />proposed plat is a large wetland complex. A portion of this wetland area <br />appears to include approximately the north 100' of Lots I and 2.
