The Licensee shall perform on-site water quality testing at <br />the monitoring wells in the manner required by the ~ LMPCA_I permit. The wells <br />shall meet current Department of Heahh Well Code Standards. Ihe Water Quality report <br />shall be submitted to the City when it is submitted to the ~ ~. <br /> <br />(02) Surface Water Ou_ ality. The Licensee shall have surface water quality tests <br />performed in conjunction with sampling quarterly events when water is present. <br /> <br />(03) Off-Site Groundwater Ouality.
