Haul trucks shall not be allowed to <br />make right turns onto 225th Ave. when exiting the <br />property. <br /> <br />Dust Control <br /> <br />A permit from MPCA regarding air emissions shall be <br />obtained when required and particulate emission <br />standards shall be met by the operation. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />All equipment shall be located as to reduce dust to <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />C° <br /> <br />Water, but no chemical agents, shall be used to control <br />dust as necessary. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to require additional <br />measures to be taken, if warranted by dust problems, <br />including but not limited to reducing stock pile heights, <br />requiring routine sweeping of US Trunk Highway 169 at <br />its intersection with 225th Ave. and temporarily closing <br />the facility. <br /> <br />Hours of Operation <br /> <br />All mineral excavation, processing, and sales activities shall be <br />conducted between the normal hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Saturday with the following exception: <br /> <br />Crushing may take place twenty-four hour a day for a maximum <br />of 25 days per year, provided that this operation does not <br />unreasonable annoy adjacent property owners.
