All plpniings shall be true to name and size in aaordance with American Nursery Standards. No <br />p damaged or scared trees or shrubs will be accepted. <br />2. Planting Soil shall be o mixture of 1 port peat, 1 part soil and 1 part sand. <br />~ 3. All plants shall be guaranteed for one year from the date of acceptance. The londscope contractor <br />shall replete any dead or damaged plants of no additional cost to the owner during the warranty period. <br />4. All trees shall be staked and wrapped as shown In details. <br />5. All trees in sod oreos shall hove a 4" deep shredded bark mulch maintenance bed, 5' in dlometer. <br />fi. Sod shall be cultured Kentucky Bluegrass free of weeds and clumps. The landscape contractor shall <br />water and roll the sod at the time of installatlon to assure o smooth surface. All sod on slopes greater <br />than 3 l0 1 shall be staked. Any sad damaged due to sliding shall be replaced by fhe londscope <br />contractor. <br />7, All shrub heds and oreos indicated as receiving rock mulch shall receive o 4° deep layer of (2 7/2" <br />size) multi-color rock mulch over filter fabric. All ground cover oreos shall receive o 2' layer of mulch <br />with no filter fabric. <br />i 8. All areas where sod and mulch touch shall have valley view poly edger as shown in details. <br />9. All planting islands in parking oreos and ground cover beds shall have a minimum of 1' deep planting <br />soil installed. It will he the londscope contractor's responsibility of remove any existing construction debris <br />and existing soil to provide new planting soil in these areas. <br />10. A7] product substitutions must be approved by owner, general contractor or landscape architect prior to <br />installation. <br />11.
