If <br />we project a continued growth trend at a similar rate, the city's' population in the <br />year 2010 will exceed 30,000. We can expect the surrounding areas to grow at a <br />similar rate which will increase the overall size of the population served by 27%- <br />33% for a combined total of some 38,500 to 40,300.
