RESOLUTION 97- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT FOR <br />ELK RIVER YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Elk River Youth Hockey Association has made application <br />to the State Gambling Control Board for a Premises Permit; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Premises Permit will allow charitable gambling in the <br /> form of Pull Tabs on the premises; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the premises upon which the gambling will be conducted is <br />Time Out Restaurant and Sports Bar, 19232 Evans Street, Elk <br />River, Minnesota. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br /> of Elk river grant its approval of a Premises Permit for the Elk <br /> River Youth Hockey Association for the sale of Pull Tabs on <br /> the premises of Time Out Restaurant and Sports Bar. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 28th day of April, <br />1997. <br /> <br />Henry A.
