Four of those tickets were "appointments required", twelve were "updated" tickets and five were "emergency"locates. Staff finished up locating 8 miles of area for CATV. Now they are locating for MnDot's guard rail system along our northern corridor of Hwy 169. They are also doing a lot of locating for the projects that we are working on ourselves. The Metering department continues with weekly and monthly substation checks, and doing the monthly power bill. The meter change-out program is still continuing as time permits. Some staff are continuing to attend the weekly meetings for the Home Energy Audit program. The Security Systems department had a total of fifty-eight phone contacts, eight personal visits, seven systems yuoted, eleven sales made, thirteen installs completed and twenty-one service calls for the month of October. Power plant staff continues to keep up with the. maintenance of the generators. Steve is also going to develop a maintenance program for the power plan[ as mandated by OSHA.. The updated electric and water maps are printed. This is the first year that we printed them in-house. The only thing we had to hire out for this is the binding of the books.
