This should be ready to go before bills go out this month and so will be available for the next due date of December ] 5°i bills. I will keep the commission updated on the usage as this change is implemented, and the related costs. We have a position posted for a Customer Service Representative and will be accepting applications through November 19`x. Vivian Schmitt is helping out temporarily this month until we fill the position. We held office meetings the first week of November for staff to be introduced to the hlexible Spending Accounts tools and distribute enrollment forms as we transition to a third party administrator. These meetings were conducted by our insurance broker, Jodi Berge with David Martin Agency, and our account representative, Pam Lovaas with Blue Cross Blue Shield. This was also an opportunity for staff to learn about Che changes in the industry related to health care reform. We are largely not impacted by these health care reform changes, however, some items like older dependents and over-the-counter medications are changes impacting everyone.
