The plat involves the subdivision of a 9 acre parcel into <br />three 2 1/2 acre single family lots and the construction of 210th Avenue to <br />provide access to the 3 lots. The proposed street will be constructed to City <br />standards which includes paving and curbing. In order to avoid the oak wilt <br />season, earlier this spring the applicant began the necessary tree removal for <br />the construction of the street and grading of the house sites.
