Request <br /> for Final Plat Approval (Oak Run), <br /> Public Hearing Case No. P 96-15 <br /> <br />Request <br /> <br />W.J.C Development Corp. is requesting final plat approval to subdivide <br />approximately 9 acres into three lots. <br /> <br />Location <br /> <br />The project is located at the southeast corner of 211th Avenue and Ogden <br />Street, PID # 75-118-1215 <br /> <br />Zoning/Land Use <br /> <br />Rla (Single family residential) / LR (Low Density Residential) <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />· Resolution No. 9%__ <br />· Final Plat <br /> Report to City Council regarding request for preliminary plat approval <br /> dated February 18, 1997 <br />· Letter from the City Engineer dated April 14, 1997 <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed this plat and granted preliminary plat approval on <br />February 18,1997. The plat involves the subdivision of a 9 acre parcel into <br />three 2 1/2 acre single family lots and the construction of 210th Avenue to <br />provide access to the 3 lots. The proposed street will be constructed to City <br />standards which includes paving and curbing. In order to avoid the oak wilt <br />season, earlier this spring the applicant began the necessary tree removal for <br />the construction of the street and grading of the house sites.
