In order to facilitate this building <br />expansion, a 25' by 30' drainage and utility easement will need to be vacated. <br />This easement was originally platted with the Elk Park Center Planned Unit <br />Development. With the slight modifications that have taken place in <br />developing this center, the drainage and utility easement requested to be <br />vacated has no utilities nor a need for future utilities; therefore, can be <br />vacated. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />It is recommended the City Council approve Resolution No. 97- , vacating <br />certain drainage and utility easements within Elk Park Center as illustrated <br />on Exhibit A in the attached resolution. <br /> <br /> s:\council\ev97-2.doc <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
