We may be able to use "Sentenced to Serve" labor <br />to fill the gabion baskets. Other potential partners in this project, besides the SWCD, <br />include the Elk River Watershed Board and Sherburne County through County Water <br />Plan Funds. US Fish and Wildlife has already committed $1,000 in cash.
