Additional Special Provisions. <br /> <br />i. Only land above the ordinary high water level of <br />public waters may be used to meet lot area standards, <br />and lot width standards shall be met at both the <br />ordinary high water level and at the building line. <br /> <br />ii. The sewered lot area and lot width dimensions in <br />Section 906.08(1) may only be used if publicly owned <br />sewer system is available to the property. <br /> <br />iii. Residential subdivisions with dwelling unit <br />densities exceeding those in the tables in Section <br />906.08(1) may only be allowed if designed and approved <br />as residential planned unit developments under Section <br />906.14 and Section 900.12 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />iv. Lots intended as controlled accesses to pubic <br />waters or as recreation areas for use by only the <br />owners of nonriparian lots within subdivisions are <br />permissible and shall meet or exceed the standards of <br />Section 904.08(1) (d)ii. <br /> <br />Placement, Design, and Height of Structures. <br /> <br />A. Placement of Structures on Lot. When more than one <br />setback applies to a site, structures and facilities shall be <br />located to meet all setbacks. Structures shall be located as <br />follows: <br /> <br />i. Structure and On-site Sewage System Setbacks (in <br />feet) from Ordinary High Water Level in Mississippi <br />Wild and Scenic River District. <br /> <br />Setbacks in Sec. 33 & 34, T33N, R26W <br /> <br />Structures <br />Unsewered Sewered <br /> 75 ft. 50 ft. <br /> <br />Sewage Treatment <br /> System <br /> 50 ft. <br /> <br /> <br />
