RESOLUTION 9% <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it appears to the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota, that the roads hereafter <br />described should be revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions <br />of Minnesota laws; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota, that the <br />roads described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />MSA 102 - Lowell Avenue from TH 10 to Main Street; MSA 104 - 193rd Avenue from <br />Tyler Street Northwest to CSAH 13; and MSA 118 - Dodge Avenue from Elk Hills Drive <br />to 193rd Avenue be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of Elk River, Minnesota, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for consideration. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 7th day of April, 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />John Dietz, Vice Mayor <br /> <br />Sandra A.
