As a Conditional Use Permit is not a Building Permit, the applicant shall apply for all <br />required permits. <br />2. The accessory structure shall meet all building and fire codes. <br />3. The construction materials shall be the same (color, texture & material) as those of the <br />existing principal structure. <br />4. No signage shall be placed on the accessory structure. <br />BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION <br />Other than the applicant, no one spoke at the public hearing. <br />The Planning Commission agreed with the reasons (no visible outdoor storage of material and future <br />building expansion) the applicant had for proposing the accessory structure. <br />The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the request. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />^ Planning Commission staff report dated November 9, 2010 <br />Action Motion by Second by Vote <br />Follow Up <br />N:\Departments\Community Development\Planning\Case Piles\CUP\CU 10-25 Alliance Machine\CU 10-25_CC.doc <br />
