Councilmember Dietz offered a different opinion. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO INCREASE THE RETAINER FOR THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY TO $2500 PER MONTH AND TO HAVE THE LEGAL FIRM CHARGE ONE <br />RATE OF $135 PER HOUR FOR SERVICES ON A ONE YEAR TRIAL BASIS. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION.
