Consideration should be given to the type of effluent discharged as <br /> well as the quantity. <br /> <br /> 2. Minimum one acre sites. <br /> <br /> 3. Two drainfield sites required - the areas to be determined by flow calculations. <br /> <br /> 4. Future assessment rights waived with deed covenants or another method so the <br /> waiver is binding to seller and buyer. <br /> <br /> Residential Uses <br /> <br /> 1. Minimum 5 acre parcels with re-development plan. <br /> <br /> 2. Two drainfield sites. <br /> <br /> 3.
