Stat. § 351.02 exist, or if a representative fails to <br />qualify or act as an elected official. <br /> <br />Section 6: Meetings. ., <br /> An initial organizational meeting of the Authority shall be held at <br /> <br />on , 1997, at Thereafter, the Authority shall meet at regular <br /> <br />meetings at such times and places as the Authority shall establish in its bylaws. <br />Special meetings may be held on reasonable notice by the Chair or any two <br />representatives upon terms and conditions as the Authority may determine. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VII. FUNDING <br /> <br />Section 1: Initial Funding. <br /> <br /> It is understood by the parties that the activities and duties of the Authority <br />are to be funded primarily by grant monies from the United States Government, the <br />State of Minnesota or any other association or agency. Nevertheless, the parties <br />agree to contribute funding, if necessary, for the start-up and on-going <br />administrative expenses of the Board (to the extent not covered by grant funds). <br /> <br />The parties agree to contribute initial funding as follows: <br /> <br /> Governmental units with a population of 5,000 or less shall contribute <br /> $500 <br /> <br />· Governmental units with a population of 5,001 to 10,000 shall <br /> contribute $1,000 <br /> <br />· Governmental units with a population of greater than 10,000 shall <br /> contribute $2,000 <br /> <br /> <br />
