In this regard, your firm was submitted as one which may be qualified to <br />complete the appraisal work. <br /> <br />It is estimated that up to 28 mobile home units would need appraisals. The mobile <br />home park is scheduled to close in late June, 1997, so it is anticipated that the <br />tenants and mobile home park owner will want the appraisals completed as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br />If you are interested in completing the appraisals for the mobile homes in the Elk <br />Terrace Mobile Home Park, please submit to me as soon as possible your <br />qualifications for doing mobile home appraisals and your experience in this work. <br />Additional information regarding the estimated cost per mobile home appraisal and <br />the timing for when the appraisal work could be completed would be appreciated. <br />Finally, I would like to know if you are aware of any conflicts of interest that may <br />exist between you, your firm, and the owners of the Elk Terrace Mobile Home Park, <br />Earl and Lorraine Hohlen, which would prevent you from completing this appraisal <br />work. <br /> <br />Information on qualified appraisal firms will be presented to the Elk River City <br />Council on March 17, 1997.
