The Planned Unit development as it was originally presented by <br />Derrick Investment is to construct 15 four unit buildings for a total of 59 <br />dwelling units and one clubhouse unit. The project was proposed as an adult <br />community providing housing opportunities for active adults 55 years and <br />older. <br /> <br />Throughout the pubhc hearing process the residency requirement of 55 years <br />and older was mentioned several times. Ultimately, the rezoning and <br />conditional use permits for a Planned Unit development were approved by <br />the Planning Commission and City Council with the condition the project <br />would be for residents 55 years and older. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
