Other Business <br /> Mayor Duitsman Updates: <br /> Electric, Utility Property Tax <br /> <br /> Mayor Duitsman stated that he will be writing to the legislators indicating the <br /> city's opposition to phase out personal property tax on electrical utilities. <br /> <br /> Special City Council Meetinq <br /> <br /> COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL ON APRIL 21, 1997, AT 5:00 P.M. TO CONSIDER THE PRESENTATION OF THE <br /> STRATEGIC PLAN. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br /> County Fair,qround Facilities - Youth <br /> <br /> Mayor Duitsman informed the Council that he and Jeff Asfahl will be meeting with <br /> the County to discuss the possibility of the city using the county fairground <br /> facilities for youth. <br /> <br />9. Adjournment <br /> <br /> There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADJOURN <br /> THE COUNCIL MEETING.
