Memorandum <br /> <br /> .~/ -x.~ To: ALL OFFICERS <br />Elk Rive From: SGT. <br /> r Date: 1/19/96 <br /> <br />Police Department Subject: TOWING <br /> <br />Phil Collins, formerly of Boelters Towing, has started his own <br />local towing service. Phil will do vehicle impounds, roadside <br />starting and roadside tire changing. <br />At this time he is operating one truck and will be using the <br />fenced area behind Houle's for vehicle impounds. Phil is a AAA <br />and Amoco Motor Club service provider. <br />officers are authorized to use ,,Collins Brothers Towing" for <br />private tow requests and department impounds. <br /> Unless, officers specify either Boelter's or Collins Brothers, <br /> SCSO dispatch will alternate using the two companies as they do <br /> with county tows. Boelter's should still be used for heavy <br /> towing or flat bed requirements. <br /> Impound release sheets are being modified to reflect this change. <br /> Please refer to the attached information sheet for additional <br /> details. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
