Steel and Erection Work Bid Package No.3 Sitework Bid Package No.4 Mechanical Work Bid Package No.5 Electrical Work Bid Package No.6 Single Ply and Metal Roofing Work Bid Package No.7 Aluminum Storefront and Window Work Bid Package No.8 Carpentry, Hollow Metal ,Hardware & Specialties Bid Package No.9 Drywall, Metal Framing & EIFS Work Bid Package No.10 Painting Work Bid Package No.11 Carpet and VCT Work Bid Package No.12 Ceramic Tile Work Bid Package No.13 Overhead Door and Dock Equipment Work Bid Package No.14 Landscaping and Irrigation Work Bid Package No.15 Elevator Work Bid Package No. 16 Precast Concrete Plank & Related Work Bids arriving after the designated time will be retumed unopened. All bids shall be submitted on the proposal form provided in the bid documents, and shall be made for the completion of the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Plans and Specifications as prepared by Tushie Montgomery Associates, Inc., Project Architect, 3300 Edinborough Way, Suite 601, Edina, MN 55435, may be seen at the office of the Construction Manager, Minneapolis Builder's Exchange, St. Paul Builder's Exchange, F.W. Dodge Plan Room, and at City Hall. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the following information on the outside: bidders name, bidders address, bid package number and name of the project. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the INSERT NAME OF REPRODUCTION COMPANY HERE upon receipt of a (non-) refundable deposit of $__ per set. Documents will be mailed upon receipt of a non-refundable $ handling charge. Copies of the contract documents will be available on or about February 20, 1997. -- No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied by a cashier's or certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Elk River for five percent of the bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event the bid be accepted and the bidder shall fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days from the dated of opening of bids.
