The plat consisted of lot I a 10.56 acre <br />parcel, lot 2 a 2.22 acre parcel and lot 3 a 22.27 acre parcel. <br /> <br />The applicant has someone interested in purchasing part of the 22.27 acre lot <br />and is proposing to split lot 3 into two lots of 10.36 acres and 11.91 acres. The <br />number of lots in this plat will increase from 3 lots to 4 lots.
