The store will have a total of 5,205 sq. ft. The Holiday Station <br />is proposed to operate as a 24 hour gas/convenience store with 6 dispensing <br />stations (12 positions for vehicles) for gasoline service. The Holiday Station <br />Store development is the first application received by the city received for <br />development of the recently platted Heying Addition. The plan as proposed <br />by Holiday is consistent with the concept plans presented to the City Council <br />when the preliminary and final plat were approved by the Council.
